Hyperice Normatec 3 Full Body

I made my purchase of the full body unit at the recommendation of my son who is a chiropractor and acupuncturist. I am thrilled. I am very tight muscularly, as a 62 year old golfer, I was in a losing muscle mass but didn’t want to workout during golf season because I was too tight to swing for days…but not anymore. As soon as my lifting session is over, I use the corresponding sleeves to push the lactic acid out of my muscles and I can immediately play golf and play well. Incredible product and well worth every penny!

I am a huge fan of the Normatec legs. As such, I purchased the full body set. I use the legs almost on a daily basis. The hip attachment is great, but I don't use it as frequently. The arm attachments are very hard to use when by yourself. It's almost impossible to get them on, snug, and then start and stop the machine. Overall I am highly satisfied with my purchase, but knocked it down 1 star due to the arm attachments. I really wish you could use multiple attachments at once.

I already used these at my local Restore Wellness Center. I liked them so much I bought my own set so that I can use them whenever I like.

Family of athletes so this was something I thought would be helpful. I didn’t realize how much my husband would enjoy this too. Family rotates use at night!

I workout about 4-5 days a week. I purchased the normatec 3 full body because I need the quick recovery. This device has been a saving grace. I can’t wait to get additional products to target more specific body parts.

My son’s cross country coach let me borrow these because I was having some sciatic issues. 15 minutes into using them I would had them on order and haven’t looked back. Best personal recovery system I’ve ever used.
