Fixed!

Our unit stopped working out of nowhere. The company was very polite and quick about fixing it. Unfortunately it broke again several months later, again with no trauma to the unit. Sensing a more internal problem, they replaced the circuit board itself and fixed the issue. Very kind and courteous throughout.

I love this thing!

I have been a Rapid Reboot customer for a number of years, and I recently decided it was time to upgrade to the REGEN.
This machine offers so many features compared to the old unit - has it's own beautiful screen and has the ability to create and save your own programs.

The features alone have been worth the upgrade, and I have to say this is one of my favourite purchases in a very long time.

The team there created a delightful user interface, and the rapid-deflate function saves me from having to sit on any of my attachments to get the air out. This one is a winner. If you are thinking about it I can't encourage you more to pick one up.

I also have to say, that in the years I have been a customer, I have had a few interactions with their Customer Service department - whether it was a question about an accessory or any sort of problem I might be having, they are far and away the nicest people to deal with.

Kendall, who I dealt with on this purchase is an absolute customer service rock star.

I love supporting companies like this that create great products and hire great people.

I have been using this product for a while and so far I love it! Being a certified athletic trainer I use this on athletes I treat and even myself after a long training session and even a long day of work. I had an unexpected screen crack so I reached out to the support team and had it fixed as new in reasonable time!
